Belongs to semiconductor illuminations , the high power LED has critical temperature on P-N junction being limited at 125℃ .Therefore the thermal dissipation makes the primary issue on LED application of high power illuminations.

In order to prolong the lifespan and slow down the lighting decay speed of LED , the thermal dissipation designs have to maintain the interface temperature on P-N junction around 90℃ ,when ambient temperature peaked at 50℃, to keep LED lighting system in perfect working condition.
